Congratulations to our 2012 scholarship winners!
John Norton, MCCF board member, presents Ta’Sha Reynolds, from Big Rapids High School, with 2 scholarship awards. $500 from the Barry Barratt Fund and $1,000 from the Jacob & Gertrude VanDyke Fund.
MCCF board member Gary Trimarco presented Kaylyn Curtis (L) and Autumn Carter, both from Morley Stanwood High School, $500 scholarships each from the Scott D. Anderson Fund. Autumn also was awarded $500 from the Morley Standwood Education Association Fund and $1,500 from the Alice Stephenson Schberg Fund.
Brenda Miller, who estiablished the fund in honor of her husband, presents Harley Campbell with a $1,000 award from the Robert D. Miller scholarship Fund. Harley is a recent graduate of Big Rapids High School and the Mecosta-Osceola Career Center.
Char Panek (L) and Michael Wissink, both from Crossroads Charter Academy, were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Jacob and Gertrude VanDyke Scholarship Fund.
Bob Stanton, former MCCF board member who continues his service on the Scholarship Committee, presents Alex Barron, from Chippewa Hills High School,with a $1,000 scholarship from the Ken and Aletha Sutherland Fund.
